With over 20 years of combined experience servicing marine powerboats, plus an additional 20+ years of military leadership, program management, and customer service expertise, our team brings both technical skill and professionalism to every job.
From scheduling service appointments and providing estimates to invoicing and payment, we’re committed to a seamless customer experience. We believe in clear, honest communication—keeping you informed every step of the way. Our Story
J3 Marine was founded in 2022 among three brothers John & Jeremy Fudalik and thier brother-in-law Jeff Pitcher. John and Jeremy have been in the boat repair industry with a combined experience of over 20 years. Roughly 20 of those years with Sherer’s Boat Basin having been in business since the early 1980’s. Since Sherer’s established itself in the Barnegat area, John has been with them for 18 of those years. In that time John has also become a certified Suzuki motor repair/service mechanic and is a magician when it comes to clean and meticulous wiring. Jeremy worked at Sherer’s off and on through the years while also working full-time at an established restaurant on LBI. Starting out with keeping up the yard and helping with winterizing boats for the end of the season, then Jeremy began working at Sherer’s full-time as a mechanic in training under the oversight of his brother John. Jeff is the brother-in-law of John and Jeremy. He married their sister mid-2022 and has been in the Air Force for over 20 years.
